Program Management
This project is new 45,000 square foot, two-story Police Department Facility located on the Town’s Municipal Complex site. The facility provides space for police operations, evidence storage, indoor shooting range, vertical training complex for regional training, and a dispatch operations.
Starting during the project’s planning phase, Abacus was the Project Manager/Construction Manager and served as an extension of the Town’s staff to help ensure project delivery within the approved parameters of scope, schedule, and budget. The project was delivered through Construction Manager-at-Risk.

- Assistance in Design and Construction team selections
- Design Phase coordination and management
- Construction Phase coordination and management
